Zephyrus strives to have a robust and transparent ESG strategy that focuses on each of the three pillars:

  • Environment: Fully committed to the IATA goal of a net-zero industry by 2050.
  • Social: Fostering a positive workplace that allows employees to grow, develop, and be positive contributors to both the aviation industry and the communities in which we operate.
  • Governance: Through compliance and reporting, creating an open and transparent governance framework.

Core Strategies

ENVIRONMENT

  • Mitigating our operation footprint through a range of initiatives including recycling, energy efficient offices and commuting schemes.
  • Launching our offsetting initiative by planting 1000 new trees for every unique airline we onboard.
  • Supporting the use of sustainable aviation fuel “SAF” by purchasing and investing in aircraft that are already capable of utilizing SAF.
  • Investing in the latest technology aircraft as they enter our investment cycle.

SOCIAL

  • At Zephyrus we approach the social
    sphere through an internal and external view.
  • Internally, we foster a work environment that encourages employee development through company funded courses and professional qualifications. We utilize a hybrid work model that provide flexibility to our team.
  • Externally, we have a dedicated CSR committee (SpringZ) which works to support local charities and NGOs with human capital and financial resources provided by Zephyrus.

GOVERNANCE

  • Our governance structures are robust, transparent and open.
  • We conduct regular board meetings, and our governance focus takes two key approaches:
    • Compliance: Each employee is trained at the onboarding stage and annually in a range of topics including anti-money laundering, OFAC, cybersecurity, workplace harassment, and other key areas.
    • Reporting: we prepare, review and discuss quarterly reports that allow our board to monitor compliance and ESG progress.
